Stacker-reclaimer, also known as bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimer, stacker-reclaimer, is an efficient equipment for continuous loading and unloading of bulk bulk materials in modern industries. It has been widely used in ports, docks, metallurgy, cement, steel plants, coking plants, Coal storage plants, power plants and other bulk material (ore, coal, coke, sand and gravel) storage yards for stacking operations.

The working environment of the stacker-reclaimer is harsh and dusty. Therefore, the stacker-reclaimer needs to use a special slewing bearing, because the special bearing has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, long service life, and good sealing performance. Slewing bearings for stackers and reclaimers usually use ball-pillar joints, three-row rollers and crossed rollers. Due to the harsh working environment and heavy dust, the slewing bearings for stacker-reclaimers have the characteristics of high load capacity, long life and good sealing performance.

The three-row roller combined slewing ring is mainly composed of inner ring, outer ring, three-row roller, cage (isolation block), sealing device and other components.

According to the gear structure, it can be divided into three structures: no gear, internal gear and external gear.

Bearings with this structure are suitable for occasions with large initial diameter, large overturning length, radial elongation, and low frictional torque requirements. Cages are based on different applications. Materials typically include nylon spacers, nylon segmented cages, aluminum alloy cages, segmented steel cages, and brass cages.
